Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez will start for Chile in their World Cup qualifier against Argentina despite suffering an ankle injury against West Brom last weekend.
The Gunners forward was named in Juan Antonio Pizzi's starting XI for the huge clash in Buenos Aires, risking the ire of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who said Sanchez's ankle was in "an absolutely terrible state."
But he has been the nod from the start by Pizzi after training earlier in the week with a heavily-strapped ankle.
